• Open up the political space.

  • Release all political prisoners;

  • Undertake the repatriation of refugees.

  • End Rwanda's aggression against the DRC and instead promote regional initiatives focused on peace.

  • Eliminate all forms of apartheid that threaten the unity and harmony of Rwandan society.

  • Restore adequate national education to accelerate the country's modernization;

  • Establish independent and fair justice.

  • And finally, create favorable conditions for integrated economic development.
